About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Robertson Partnership Homes team in Fife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise all labor on site, including subcontractors
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety procedures
  • Manage plant and machinery usage, setting out, and maintenance of safety records
  • Keep site records up to date and maintain a filing system
  • Check time sheets and ensure site tidiness
  • Manage project-specific dashboards and BIM 360 quality support procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the housing industry, with a focus on timber frame construction
  • Experience in managing architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and supply chain
  • Ability to communicate effectively with RPH staff at all levels
  • Health and safety qualifications, including SMSTS/CSCS Black card and First Aid
  • Programme experience essential
