Due to expansion Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking to expand to their Business Development Team to accelerate our company growth and our exciting new divisions.
This role would be suitable from someone of working in a proactive sales background either over the phone or face to face .
Key skills required:
* Highly motivated, ambitious and confident
* Good Administrative and organisation skills
* The successful candidates will play a key role in building and growing new accounts
* Excellent communicator, with articulate with strong presentation skills
* Able to communicate at all levels.
* An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills
* Proven experience in a business development role.
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Have a good sense of humour
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Using in house database, the internet and social media to Identify potential new customer relationships
* Making outbound calls and emails to prospect clients.
* Conducting prospect client meetings .
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Able to work to Targets
* Able to work in in an office that is vibrant
