Job Opportunity: Nursing Home Manager Outstanding CQC | £80,000 | Beaconsfield

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead this exceptional home and continue its legacy of delivering the highest standards of care.
About the Role:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a large nursing home, ensuring the provision of top-quality care to all residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our 'Outstanding' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets the individual needs of residents.
Manage all aspects of the home's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
Maintain the home's outstanding CQC rating by implementing best practices and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) is preferred but not essential.
Proven experience in managing a large care home, preferably with a strong track record of CQC compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for delivering high standards of care and improving the lives of residents.
Salary and Benefits:
