We have a vacancy for a Service Reception Manager to join a leading Prestige Dealership Group in the York area. 
This is a rare vacancy and they are keen to speak to aspiring Motor Professionals. You would be managing a team of Advisors in a very structured and organized environment; a strong focus is placed on CSI and Sales through the team, where a good team leader/player should clean up.
£32,000 OTE £40,000

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Reception Manager role:
Communicating with the workshop and the customer to ascertain the level of work required and get authorisation. 
To make the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the very highest level of customer service.
You will manage a team of Service Advisors, including administrators and drivers
You will be holding morning meetings, setting targets and motivating the service team to meet the manufacturer and workshop targets 
Explain the repair process and book the customers vehicles in.
You must effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings. 
Minimum requirements for this Service Reception Manager role:
Experience in a similar role is essential, or someone with Supervisory / Team leading experience within the Motor Trade
Ttrack record of hitting targets/managing improvements OR showing success within the service team
A valid UK driving license
Proactive and driven to support the team
