The Role holder will help us to ensure we’re keeping our people by gathering retention data using techniques such as stay and exit interviews, employee surveys and data analytics. They will also be involved with helping to keep our people engaged by supporting the Colleague Engagement and Experience Manager with group-wide employee engagement initiatives and maintenance of some of our key benefits.

 

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is tech savvy and has excellent communication and MS Office skills. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in colleague engagement/experience, HR or L&D. They must be customer (colleague) focused, be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and want to create value for our colleagues.
