In this role, you will assist the Customer Services Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Administrative Team. You will supervise a small team of three Sales Administrators, offering guidance, support, and advice to ensure they perform their roles effectively.
What will you be doing?
Lead and manage the team on a daily basis.
Communicate with third parties to monitor lease payments and update the finance department accordingly.
Track machine movements and maintain the stock database accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to organise monthly stocktakes and manage the related administration.
Reconcile monthly stocktakes to identify any changes in values and assets.What skills are we looking for?
Prior experience in administration or sales is preferred but not required.
Previous supervisory experience leading a team, or experience in a senior role looking to progress.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take initiative in leading a team.What's on offer?
