The Engagement Manager is responsible for:
* Generating bids, closing business in line with Siemens Healthineers contractual processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure successful delivery
* Further development of the market and identification of Siemens Healthineers opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers and wider Services and Sales teams
* Responding to change control requests from the existing Operational ES customers
* Liaison across the sales and solutions teams, Siemens Healthineers and other Siemens companies
* Development and maintenance of relationships with customers (NHS trusts & consortium partners)
* Preparation of proposal and submission documents, and preparation and delivery of presentations to customers and departments
Your Role:
* You will be working across all of the ES accounts within the assigned geography
* Achieving an agreed target for new business in the year
* Identification of new opportunities for developing the business within Siemens Healthineers portfolio
* Responding to change control requests from the existing operational ES sites
* Preparation of proposal and submission documents for internal & external approval
* Development of processes to support continuous improvement and innovative new business opportunities
* Work closely with Procurement & MES managers regarding opportunities and planned investment plan refreshes
* Development and maintenance of relationships with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) companies, consortium partners and other subcontractors
* Development of strong working relationships with customers including Trust Management, MES Contract Managers, Clinical Consultants and other Clinical staff
Your Expertise:
* You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the NHS, its operations and key drivers in the market place
* You will require an understanding of the concepts of PFI, MES and innovative service delivery principles
* Demonstrable sales/negotiation experience within the healthcare environment
* Working within a team and having a willingness to proactively contribute to all aspects of the sales cycle and Siemens Healthineers processes
* Advanced negotiation influencing skills and interpersonal skills
* Ability to focus on detail with demonstrable analytical skills
* Excellent organisational and presentation skills
* Assertiveness, tenacity, and a self-starter
* The ability to engage all members of a diverse team towards a shared objective
