Summary The Sales Account supports the growth of the product business and the development of new opportunities within the general industry, developing relationships with clients, and generating new sales. Responsible for meeting sales targets, addressing customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction understanding the goals of the clients.


Duties and Responsibilities

(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list) Main areas of responsibilities are:

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs and Comau solutions

• Proactive in addressing the needs of clients

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Continuously improve through feedback

• Represent Comau at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations • Support channel development and partnerships performances

• Feed future buying trends back to employers and advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions

Qualifications

Education :

University degree in Engineering or Business Administration

Previous experiences

At least 2 years’ experience in Industrial Automation Sales, product sales in B2B environment
