The Role
The Graduate Assistant Building Services Engineer will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the post completion team in ensuring that the post completion phase of the project is completed smoothly.  Working with a Post Completion Manager the Graduate Assistant Building Services Engineer will be given responsibility for aspects of projects to ensure progress in line with the plan.
You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.  Our programme offers a balance of training and on the job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional. Graduates will take responsibility and accountability for their careers, while we offer guidance and support to help you reach your goals. We will support your route to chartership and give you the opportunity to develop different skill sets outside of your specialism.
What you`ll need
•    A 2:1 in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
•    A genuine interest in the construction industry
