SALES DIRECTOR– Residential Sales Agency
Location: Notting Hill, W11
Salary: OTE £85k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A truly unrivalled opportunity has become available for a highly professional and significantly experienced Sales Director to join a leading independent Estate Agent and to run the successful flagship sales office across the Notting Hill, London area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven and successful Estate Agency experience and significant experience at Senior Management level.
You will have a strong worth ethic and be able to run a large, high performance, high property value Estate Agency branch and ensure you are hitting and exceeding targets.
You will have the ability to put business strategies in place to grow and develop the business as well as being an influential, dynamic, motivating and energetic leader.
The Company: Our client is an award winning independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and multiple local offices in and around London and the home counties who specialise in residential property sales.
Skills required for this Estate Agency Sales Director role will include:
Significant experience in Estate Agency
Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry
Extensive business development background in Estate Agency
Highly driven and target orientated
Full Driving License essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
Excellent track record of success
Strong Leader
