Padstone require a keen and experienced office-based administrator with some M&E knowledge to start a temp-perm role for a construction firm in Medway.
Role Responsibilities:
General administration of desk/office.
Supporting FM Team
Maintaining document Trackers - Excel
Scheduling work for Engineers
Uisng CRM System
Communicating with FM Clients.
Managing quotations
Purchasing materials.
Manage & coordinate sign-offs.
Run reports. Successful Candidates Will Have:
Basic Knowledge of Facilities Management
Competent computer and communication skills
Excellent Administration Experience
Patience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
