We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Engineer with a strong background in HubSpot and sales pipelines to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing our sales systems and data. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to manage and improve our internal project management systems. This position requires a unique blend of engineering expertise, sales operations experience, and familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless sales operations.nOversee the integrity and accuracy of sales data, ensuring pipelines are correctly set up and managed.nDevelop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.nGenerate and analyze reports to provide insights on sales performance and pipeline health.nWork closely with the sales team to interpret data and recommend actionable strategies.nManage and optimize additional internal systems, such as project management tools.nEnsure integration between various systems to facilitate smooth data flow and operational efficiency.nProvide technical support to the sales team, ensuring they can effectively use the CRM and related tools.nConduct training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and new functionalities within HubSpot.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.nProven experience in sales operations, preferably within a technology-driven environment.nStrong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including customization, data management, and workflow automation.nTechnical proficiency with a strong analytical mindset.nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales and other internal teams.
