An exciting opportunity has arisen with the world’s number 1 social media and tech organisation.

I am seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (contract) to provide analytical strength and decision making to an emerging business within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:nManage the data reconciliation processes between billing and channel sales to ensure data accuracy in final reported Sales internally and externallynLead and optimise the commercial sales forecasting processesnBuild and maintain sales and customer dashboards in Salesforce and TableaunConduct deep dives and mine massive amounts of data to extract meaningful insights for the sales and marketing teams (using internal systems, SFDC, Tableau, Excel)

RequirementsnBachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)n4+ years experience in data analytics within a sales operations or finance team, or in management consulting with significant experience in sales analyticsnExperience analysing business performance in a B2B context. SaaS experience preferrednExceptional analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using large complex datasets and providing practical business insightsnStrong SQL, Tableau, Salesforce and advanced Excel skills and understanding of B2B SaaS and HaaS sales and marketing funnel metrics
