Cloud 9 are looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Representative to join a highly respected and well-established packaging company based in the Midlands. In your new role you will be responsible for developing existing customer accounts, revive lapsed accounts and identify new opportunities to boost sales. We are looking for candidates with successful internal sales experience within a fast-paced environment. For more information, please see below:
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customer accounts providing a first-class customer service at all times providing advice and solutions to develop these accounts.
* Processing orders and quotations accurately, ensuring deliveries are made in a timely manner.
* Revive lapsed accounts by identifying new opportunities and boosting sales through upselling and cross selling.
* Make outboard sales calls to follow up leads and opportunities and target new customers.
* Answer calls ensuring all sales related telephone enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
* Build and nurture customer relationships, meeting their needs and handling associated administrative tasks.
* Work closely with and provide support and assistance to the external sales team.
* Work closely with relevant internal departments.
* Maintain and accurately update CRM system.
Skills and Experience
* Ability to demonstrate successful experience as an internal sales professional within a fast-paced environment.
* Packaging experience advantageous, but not essential.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Commercially astute.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional administrative skills.
* Organised with good time management.
* Target-driven and ambitious.
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of £26k plus bonus, benefits and incentive schemes.
