We are recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service Advisor for a well-established Norwich-based insolvency practitioner. This candidate will need to be able to be talented, career-driven and able to fully embrace the ethos of the business – thinking creatively, being approachable to our clients and providing an outstanding service every time.
The Outbound Customer Service Advsior will be the business's initial point of contact for new client enquiries and other stakeholder business referrals.
Duties of the role:
* To make outbound calls to new business enquiries, to establish the position of their business and talk to them about the liquidation process
* To establish and build relationships with Accountant and Legal referral partners to ensure their clients are receiving excellent service from us, whilst generating more referral business
* Make follow up calls, send emails and generate new business through warm business-lead calls
Please note, this is predominantly a phone-based role making outbound calls to new client enquiries, therefore a confident telephone manner is essential. These are not cold-calls, purely following up on new enquiries which have already come through to the business. There will be an element of creative thinking required and using your initiative to keep a track of progress with clients. It is essential that you are comfortable with IT systems and be able to write concise and well-structured letters and emails.
This is a remote role but you will need to live local to Norwich for occasional training days and group meetings; it is full time (part-time will also be considered), Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holiday), company bonus and some flexibility with regards to working hours.
