For our Sales & Marketing Department, we are recruiting our Customer Technical Support Manager (CST Manager) to provide technical support for our customers, local sales team and the other internal stakeholders (Plants).

Reporting to the Head of CTS, the CST Manager based in the UK will be responsible for:

Maintain the relationship with customers with high level of communicationnTackle technical issue in partnership with Machines manufacturers and internally with R&D, Quality and sales team,nMaintain a high knowledge on our customers manufacturing process and machines,nFind solutions to adapt our products to our customers technical constraints,nImplement if necessary and follow up their production changes,nProvide support to our local sales team and R&D department,nTake part of the plant quality improvement,nTake an active part of new products launching,

ProfilenA technical qualification,nA high mechanics background ideally in bottling industry,nPlastic injection background preferred,nA customer oriented attitude,nEnglish native, another European language is a plus,nAbility to travel in the UK and in Europe (High flexibility)nAbility to work in an international environment.
