Job Title: Customer Technical Support Manager

Company: Sales & Marketing Department

  • Provide technical support for customers, local sales team, and internal stakeholders (Plants)
  • Maintain strong communication with customers
  • Collaborate with Machine manufacturers, R&D, Quality, and sales team to address technical issues
  • Deep understanding of customers' manufacturing process and machines
  • Offer solutions to customize products based on technical limitations
  • Implement and monitor production changes when needed
  • Assist local sales team and R&D department
  • Contribute to plant quality enhancement
  • Participate in the launch of new products

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification
  • Background in mechanics, preferably in the bottling industry
  • Experience in plastic injection is a plus
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of another European language is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe with high flexibility
  • Comfortable working in an international setting
