Healthcare Co-Ordinator Salary: £25,425 pro rata  

Please note: this vacancy is a part time position for 18.75 hours per week (2.5 days per week)

 

As a Healthcare Co-ordinator here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare you will be working within the nursing team, supporting the team and patients within the healthcare assistant scope of practice. This includes calls to patients, internal departments and stakeholders to ensure patients receive timely and effective support and contributes to a high-quality and safe remote nursing services along with ad-hoc administration duties.

About You To  succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, along with the ability to make sound  judgement  and decision making that will deliver the best care to our patients. With a caring nature and an empathetic approach, you’ll be comfortable liaising with vulnerable individuals via the telephone. You’ll also need to be able to work to tight deadlines, strive to meet targets and have a strong eye on attention to detail.  About Us
