Administration Assistant


Location: Oadby and Wigston

Are you an Admin professional seeking a new long-term opportunity? Do you have a passion for Customer Service? We are currently on the look out for an experienced Administrator to come and join a lovely small team in the Oadby and Wigston area. This is a varied role where no day will be the same Are you ready to kick start summer the right way?


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and provide crucial support to various departments within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role includes responsibilities related to general administration, HSE, and HR, and acting as an assistant to all managers. The successful applicant must be proficient in IT and duties are to include supporting Senior Staff and Post Holders with admin including taking minutes, document control, auditing, system management and general assistance.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between managers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist managers in preparing reports, presentations, and other required documents.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.

• Assist in maintaining employee records and files.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

• Assist all departments with day-to-day admin tasks

Working Hours

• Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 Flexibility to work according to the company's operational requirements including some weekends and evenings.
