Administration Assistant

We are an International company engaged in the importation and distribution of Peanuts and Seeds into the UK and EU market. Our UK office in Leicester, we now require an Administration Assistant to support the UK Sales Manager as well as keeping and maintaining the company records in the UK.

Administration assistant. The position will initially require 8 hours of working per week.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support the company’s back office & sales

2. Collect all proof of delivery / signed contracts / Invoice of sales / Remittance proof.

3. Maintaining all paper works in office for purchase / sales / post physically in files.

5. Arranging samples from Warehouse for incoming material and quality check.

6. Sending samples to client if and when required.

7. Helping Manager with other activities like Exhibitions, lead calls Etc

8. Facing bank Audit for all physical paper work.

9. Some level of dealing with customers may be required

Requirements for this position
- Already have a good level of administration experience.
- Answering telephone calls and portraying the company in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- The ability to be flexible and efficient in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- The ability to work on own initiative and independently
- Fluent in English speaking
