LOCATION: Office based at Amber Court, 51 Church Street, Elsecar, Barnsley, S74 8HT
HOURS: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
+ About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage the recruitment of site-based staff, providing a robust induction process and ensuring their transition to working with us runs smoothly in the early stages of projects.
You would be expected to work closely with the wider resource team and ensure you had a robust understanding of the requirements of particular jobs, to ensure we are recruiting the best suited candidates.
You will also support the development of a strong pipeline of future work for the people you recruit by contacting new and existing clients.

+ Roles and responsibilities
+ Make contacts and connections to generate new business.
+ Find and approach new candidates.
+ Act as the first point of contact for all site staff applicants.
+ Promote the benefits of working with us.
+ Arrange interviews for new inspectors and review their competency to create a database of strong candidates.
+ Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference. Maintain lines of communication with potential candidates.
+ Evaluate their skills and qualifications and record the data in a clear layout to be used by the wider team.
+ Continually liaise with the resource team regarding their recruitment needs. + Work closely with the wider team to and match potential candidates to live jobs and tender proposals .
+ Produce and distribute all on-boarding documentation for new starters.
+ Ensure robust inductions and support is provided for new starters.
+ Work with the marketing team to produce job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
+ Build up a specialist knowledge to help build trust with candidates and clients.
+ Regularly check the market to ensure we are competitive and relevant in our job packages.
+ Update monthly KPI’s
