We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hickton Quality Control Bid Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Bid administration process, ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of quality control initiatives across all areas of our business. This position requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can efficiently manage bid documentation, collaborate with various departments, and step in to cover other diverse business needs when necessary.

**+ Roles and responsibilities**
- Bid Administration:
Manage the end-to-end bid administration process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids and proposals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for bid responses.

Ensure that all bid documentation complies with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Quality Control:
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Develop and maintain quality control documentation, standards, and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation Management:
Maintain an organised and up-to-date repository of bid documents, quality control records, and related materials.

Ensure documentation is easily accessible and adheres to company standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments, including Resource, Commercial Admin & Resource Development, to gather information for bid submissions.

Foster effective communication channels to streamline bid administration processes.
- Business Support:
Be prepared to cover various areas of the business as needed, providing support during peak times or addressing urgent requirements.

Quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business evolves.
- Compliance:
Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that bid submissions and quality control processes align with all relevant standards.
