Deputy Restaurant Manager - Warwick, Warwickshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Aramark team based on site at Warwick Castle as an Deputy Restaurant Manager. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager on site, you will be responsible for our magical Knights Village restaurant and lead our fantastic and talented front of house team. We are recruiting this role on a full time (37.5 hours) and permanent basis.

Come and be a part of our esteemed team as Deputy Restaurant Manager Embark on a journey where you will lead, inspire, and surround yourself with success managing our two hotel restaurants. Exceptional customer service skills, administration skills and team leadership are key for this role.

A day in the life of an Deputy Restaurant Manager:

  • Spearhead, mentor, and elevate an exceptional team
  • Roll your sleeves up and support with breakfast and dinner service
  • Drive Revenue (RPS) and achieve financial objectives
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation, both front and back of house
  • Delight guests and handle any concerns with unwavering positivity
  • Master inventory management and foster strong relationships with other departments
  • Act as a liaison between the front and kitchen staff

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced F&B establishment ideally in a hotel environment
  • People management experience
  • Food safety knowledge
