The Channel Account Manager Europe (d/f/m) for Cytiva is responsible for our strategic Distribution partners to work with our expert channel team of seven associates across Europe.
This position is part of the Europe Channel team located in UK and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Responsible for the strategic relationship with the Distributor to drive growth, to evelop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans with each distributor to drive business growth and focus their market activities
Develop senior and long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the distributor organizations, including business leaders, marketing and product managers, sales leaders and purchasing managers
Monitor performance of distributor network and develop / implement action plans to achieve maximum revenue and margin impact. Develop distributor segmentation and implement improvement and action plans
Coordinate routine Supply Chain reviews; monitor and manage scorecard metrics Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products
Working closely with Discovery Account Team to support and execute our strategy and to collaborate within the Cytiva matrix and OneDanaher environment, implementing Danaher Business systems to deliver results and make an impact for our Customers, Commercial Organization, and our Distributors
Who you are:
Degree in Life Science (Molecular Biology or relevant field)
Several years of relevant Distribution, Channel or Commercial experience and relevant life sciences' experience
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills in a matrix environment
Proven track record of exceeding targets and ability to bring and balance creativity and structure while delivering results
Self-starter who can manage priorities, time, and organization
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel - up to 25%, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working in a multi-channel environment
