We are currently recruiting for Contact Centre-Customer Services Operatives to join our client s dynamic team in Tamworth on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent placement.

This position is office based and is fast paced .

Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Contact Centre-Customer Services Operative:

  • Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. NO SALES
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records on CRM system and some Excel .
  • Identifying customer needs and resolving queries effectively.

Experience Required for a Contact Centre-Customer Services Operative:

  • Strong customer service skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Basic IT proficiency.
  • Previous contact centre customer services experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with shifts between 8am to 6pm.
