Purchase Ledger


Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join our client, a busy company in the Temple Meads area with parking.

To join this busy finance team you will have experience of working as a purchase ledger previously, to help ensure thesmooth running of the department.

If you are looking for progression in a well-established company and a lively team, this could the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using excel to resolve queries and record information in regards to invoices ensuring that these are overseen and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Sending out invoices on a weekly basis and cross checking invoice codes to branches. Ensuring that sent invoices are authorises to meet payment terms.
  • Ad hoc duties when required
  • Matching invoices
