The Role - Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant

  • Building and maintaining a strong client portfolio whilst understanding their hiring needs
  • Researching and mapping the UK/US legal market and sourcing the best talent through; headhunting, advertising, and networking
  • Gathering feedback and organising any further meetings
  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline (law would be a preference but not essential)
  • Experience in recruitment or a sales role again would be ideal, however, not essential
  • Cando/selfstarter attitude
  • Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on the phone and in person
  • Financially driven
  • Commercially minded and inquisitive
  • Proven track record of hard work
  • Resilient and not afraid to bounce back from failure
