As a Property Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete rental process, from sourcing potential properties and attracting property owners to securing appropriate tenants.
You will be instrumental in negotiations and fostering strong relationships with clients.Your objective will be to align the right properties with the right tenants, ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing revenue for the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
- Develop and sustain relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Comprehend clients' requirements and preferences to present suitable property options.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants.
Property Oversight:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
- Evaluate and accurately convey the features and advantages of available properties.
- Organize property inspections and maintenance as necessary.
- Ensure all properties comply with legal and safety regulations.
Negotiation and Contracting:
- Facilitate rental agreements between property owners and tenants.
- Ensure all terms and conditions are clearly understood and accepted by both parties.
- Prepare and manage all required documentation and contracts.
Market Insights and Research:
- Remain informed about market trends, rental prices, and property availability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain precise and current records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient documentation and filing processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools utilized in property management.
- Valid UK Driving License.
