Job Summary:

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end residential developments in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial success and risk management of projects while maintaining high standards of Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead client meetings, maintain client contact, and facilitate communication with consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Programme Management: Control the overall construction programme and planning, reviewing, and issuing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Commercial Management: Responsible for the commercial success of projects, including managing budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain high standards of Health and Safety on site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Contract Management: Implement and manage standard JCT contracts across multiple high-end construction projects.
  • Team Management: Manage internal and external site teams, in line with project plans and timescales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager in high-end residential construction (ideally 5+ years).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of M+E, Steel Frame, and RC construction; very programme conscious and driven; strong communication and leadership skills; strong IT skills.
