About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee ABA Tutor. As a Trainee ABA Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, working one-to-one and in small groups to develop their skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with Autism in a one-to-one and small group setting
  • Develop and implement individualised education programmes
  • Work closely with the therapy team to ensure seamless delivery of ABA/VB therapy
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting students with Autism
  • Desirable: experience working with children with Autism or a related field
  • Graduates with SEN experience or personal experience welcomed
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Able to build professional relationships
