The Role

We are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Service Quality Co-ordinator to join our Fortem team supporting our Birmingham branch.

Please note, this is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm.

This role works alongside our Customer Service Co-ordinators, with a focus on monitoring the success of lessons learned as they embed through performance.


The Project

You will answer to the Customer Service Manager, assisting with weekly reporting and analysis of the strength and conditioning programme.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Updating the Lessons Learned Tracker
  • Updating the PerformancebyIndividual Tracker and keeping Line Managers informed of outcome
  • Assisting in the development of new performance measurements as required
  • Creating content for Trade and Team Engagement Calendars
  • Sharing and archiving Best Practice examples
  • Excellent communication, keeping everyone informed and promoting 'right first time' approach
  • Covering during times of leave for Formal Complaint response
  • Promote Fortem culture, values, and behaviours
