What does a Lead Coach (SEND/Inspires) do?


You will plan and deliver high quality PE & School Sport lessons in schools that are engaging and supportive of varying individual needs, with a particular focus on SEND participants.

You will use a range of strategies to engage pupils who may have Special Educational Needs Disability or Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

As part of this role you will also co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of the programmes in your allocated schools.
