Job Overview

Job Title: Lead Coach East Sussex

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Coach to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our participants.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team, using the power of football to change lives. You will be based in the region of East Sussex and will be required to work closely with our Foundation staff to deliver our coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to our participants, focusing on developing their skills and confidence.
  2. Work closely with our Foundation staff to develop and deliver coaching programs that meet the needs of our participants.
  3. Contribute to the development of our coaching team, sharing your expertise and experience to enhance our coaching practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A strong coaching background, with experience of working with participants of all ages and abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our staff and participants.A passion for using the power of football to change lives, and a commitment to delivering high-quality coaching sessions.
