We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach to join our team at the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to individuals and groups, promoting the development of football skills and personal growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. You will be based in the Region of East Sussex, with regular travel to the Foundation's offices on Freshfield Road, Brighton.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver coaching sessions to individuals and groups, focusing on football skills development and personal growth.
  2. Develop and implement coaching programs that meet the needs of our participants.
  3. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  4. Contribute to the development of our coaching team, sharing best practices and expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Significant experience in coaching, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality sessions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.A passion for football and a commitment to promoting its values and benefits.
