Performance and Analysisis a function within our airline organisation responsible for supporting the Management team in the compliance of the TOCC and all their functions across the 5 AOCs.

This also includes the tracking of training requirements across the TOCC and the MI outputfor TUI Airline in a consistent and reliable manner.

The TOCC function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.

As TOCC Training Manager, your focus will be to develop, implement, manage, and improve the TOCC Training framework. Ensuring compliance across all 5 TUI Airline AOCs and to IOSA and EASA standards as required.

In this role, you'll report to the TOCC Head of Operational Planning

ABOUT THE JOB As TOCC Training Manager you'll:

  • Establish and develop Training standards in conjunction with the regulations across the 5 TUI Airline AOCs and required IOSA standards, thus ensuring processes are documented as procedures within TOCC Manual and associated Handbooks and Appendices, whichmust be maintained, centrally located and consistent.
  • Coordinate and document regulatory, mandatory and operational departmental training, with the Managers of each department as required, to meet regulatory (AOC) and statutory obligations across all five airlines, ensuring the business remains compliant tothe aviation authority requirements in each of the five markets
  • Maintain and develop Training standards working with the TOCC Performance and Analysis Manager
  • Participate in projects and initiative to continuously improve the standards and performance of the TOCC and the services it provides TUI Aviation
  • Develop Training programme in conjunction with the GOC and TOCC Leadership, including the tracking of the training and seeking areas for improvement
  • Develop and facilitate strong, essential and harmonised partnerships / relationships with the respective internal and external key stakeholders

ABOUT YOU:

  • Sound knowledge of Regulatory requirements including IOSA ISARPs
  • Competent use of IT systems able to adopt new ways of working as technology develops
  • Commercially and financially aware whilst having a working knowledge of aviation operational, technical and regulatory matters
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, comfortable interacting at all levels of the company and the external parties, with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Managerial experience with the ability to lead a small team and promote an open and honest culture
  • Flexible, responsive, able to respond to fast changing commercial or operational situations
  • Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel
