About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our clinical team as a Mental Health Assistant at Academics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with mental health needs in an SEN school setting
  • Working collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students and staff
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Psychology and Criminology graduate with a strong understanding of mental health principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
