Provide superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage calendars
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Plan simple and complex travel that may include multicountry legs in the same trip
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Manage supplies and other indirect purchases Share information with other administrators as needed

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma
