Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to drive lead generation and market share growth. Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. Stay up-to-date on emerging Pro AV markets and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of Pro AV business development programs, including strategic direction, business planning, and financial performance.
  • Build ProAV market position by identifying, developing, and closing business relationships.
  • Work with Category Management to develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Assess risks and opportunities for business growth.
  • Communicate strategy and tactical plans to leadership, category management, and sales.
  • Contribute to financial plans, including sales forecast, gross margins, and direct expenses; manage to the plan throughout the year.
  • Report progress, financials, and business issues to the management team each month, creating SMART gap closure plans.
  • Provide metric and data analysis, insight, and recommendations.
  • Identify and secure relationships with new vendors, products, and customers within the Pro AV industry.
  • Provide direction on resources, educational, and training programs for ADI field sales and customers.
Requirements
  • Extensive track record in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Preferably have worked in a sales and/or marketing role within a high-volume, high-transaction retail/wholesale environment.
