ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. This position is focused on the design and execution of our EMEA Lead and Demand Generation framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead qualification and advancing prospects through the sales funnel. This role also involves collaborating with the team to create a demand strategy that boosts brand visibility, fosters campaign innovation, and improves customer engagement while increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns targeting diverse audiences.
- Analyze site behavior, product categories, and purchase history to create, test, optimize, and launch effective demand generation campaigns.
- Manage impactful demand generation initiatives throughout the sales cycle to attract new inquiries, qualify existing leads, and enhance ecommerce sales.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- Oversee the setup and execution of PPC/Google Ads across EMEA, leveraging partner marketing and organic demand to generate new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive ecommerce revenue.
- Implement Paid Social strategies across EMEA to generate new MQLs and boost ecommerce revenue.
- Launch Web Adoption Campaigns in the region to promote growth in our Ecommerce sector.
- Deliver comprehensive marketing reporting, dashboards, and analyses on program performance, conversion rates, attribution, and overall effectiveness.
- Assist in the scheduling and development of web assets, identifying opportunities for new asset creation to drive demand.
- Manage social media scheduling tasks and channel operations.
- Collaborate with the global team, providing guidance and building Marketo programs, drips, and nurtures to support our global initiatives.
- Utilize third-party research to stay informed on global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interest in PPC/Google Ads and Paid Social marketing.
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Navigator, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and assessing effective demand capture, creation, and retention strategies.
- Google Ads Manager certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads Reporting, Sprout Social Reporting, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite).
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Interest in distribution, digital demand generation, and customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-value optimizations to meet KPIs.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and supporting delivery across various functions.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
