About The Role

  • Being an ambassador of Brunelcare when on site or in tenants homes
  • Assist with tenancy audits, site visits and other appointments as required.
  • Assist with Health Safety checks on sites/communal areas and in individual homes
  • Maintain up to date and accessible records
  • Providing effective advice to internal and external customers, signposting when this is in the best interest of the tenant.
  • Assist the Income Officer with key activity relating to income recovery, ensuring that tenants know what to pay, when to pay and how to pay.
  • Assist the Tenancy Officer with key activity relating to ASB, tenancy enforcement and tenancy management.
  • Attending multiple sheltered housing sites/location across a define patch within Bristol

About You

  • Experience of working in a Social Housing or Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent administrative skills and professional and positive manner
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Access to own transport/vehicle
