The Role

This is a fixed-term position based in our Bristol office, with a hybrid working culture. You will be working in our Sales Operations Team, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Consultant and operating in a wider team of 13. As a Sales Advisor, you will be working with our customers to provide excellent customer service using a range of channels, including telephone, email, SMS, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the sales service and direct support to our Sales Consultants.
  • Deal with Re-sales & Staircasing enquiries, Right To Buy and Right To Acquire enquiries.
  • Collate and maintain information around availability of our developments and homes.
  • Build rapport with our customers and understand their circumstances.

  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Demonstrable strong IT skills in Microsoft applications.
