Assistant Desk Sales/stock Admin

Hours of work:
Monday to Saturday (42.5 hrs/5 Days a week)
- Dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries
- Processing payment transactions
- Liaising directly with suppliers
- Customer quote preparation
- Managing stock inventories
- Processing returns to suppliers and following through until credit is received
- Managing store room processes, ensuring accuracy of stock levels are maintained
- Play an integral role in the inventory counts, including preparation, completion and investigating any variances
- Ensure stock levels are maintained at all times
- Ensure all Company promotions are 100% compliant with all signage and products in the relevant locations
