Customer Service Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking for a role that is challenging, varied, offers great training and good progression prospects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a structured 6 month training course at our Bury office covering all elements of the role and its systems.
  • Once trained you will be responsible for the handling, management and successful completion of enquiries, the handling of nontechnical responses to enquiries and escalation of such enquiries to the correct team and to be responsible for order entry onto the relevant systems within the agreed timescales.
  • You will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday
  • Friday 9am to 5.30pm and once training is completed you can work on a hybrid rota with 3 days from the office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

  • Some experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a demonstrable commitment to delivering continual improvement
  • Patience, determination, attention to detail and integrity are qualities which are paramount to an individual being successful in this role
  • Able to manage a flexible workload; shows good organisational skills and high levels of personal resilience; able to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Has high levels of concentration, excellent attention to detail, accuracy and reliability; excellent record keeping
