Role summary:
Technology delivery programme manager for managing a large-scale programme.
In addition to strong technology delivery experience, working in an Agile environment and ability to operate under high pressure environment is essential.
- Technical delivery to support the workstream lead on all aspects of the delivery and manage delivery performance throughout execution and identify opportunities to optimise the execution. This includes understanding technical interdependencies and workingwith tools such as JIRA to support.
- Risk Management experience. Strong ability to identify and plan the mitigation / resolution of programme risks in a timely fashion.
- Strong communication as you will be working closely and collaboratively with the programme stakeholders to identify and manage effectively all stakeholders, providing visibility and transparency so that appropriate action can be taken by senior management.
- Problem solving and decision making. Sound judgement at a senior management level using assertiveness and influencing skills and demonstrate adequate technical understanding to ensure technical design and solution decisions are fully understood and accepted
- Financial Management to be able to manage the endtoend resource plans and manage the programme to budget and scope. Proactively track, monitor and manage variance to plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, you will also be partnering with the Project Management function to ensure effective governance of stakeholders to ensure consistent communication across the organisation
- Strong understanding and experience of Agile methodologies and tools.
