Role Overview:

As a key player reporting to the Executive General Manager- EMEA, your primary task will be to craft and implement our go-to-market strategy in EMEA.

Your responsibilities include aligning all revenue-generating teams in the region, setting targets and quotas, tracking achievements, and identifying opportunities for enhanced performance.

You will collaborate closely with teams across EMEA for GTM execution, as well as with our Global Revenue Operations and Revenue Strategy units for broader strategic endeavors and tool enhancement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of Revenue Strategy & Operations experts in EMEA
- Take accountability for EMEA GTM planning cycles, including target establishment, incentive plan development, and territory management
- Conduct thorough analysis of EMEA GTM performance through regular (e.g., QBRs & weekly Revenue calls) and ad hoc reporting
- Manage the EMEA revenue forecasting model and methodology
- Spearhead cross-functional projects to boost EMEA GTM efficiency and commercial success (including Pricing)
- Oversee our GTM tooling in the region, including Salesforce management

What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience in devising and executing Sales-driven go-to-market strategies within a fast-growing environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with key GTM tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
- Strategic thinking ability across multiple regional markets in both short- and long-term perspectives
- Curiosity to grasp our product and comprehend business performance drivers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
