Role Overview:


Reporting into the CMO and joining an enthusiastic and driven marketing team, the Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing performance-based marketing campaigns that drive online traffic and revenue to the company's website.

This includes managing budgets, creating ad copy, targeting audience segments, analysing campaign performance, and forecasting future performance scenarios.


The Performance Marketing Lead will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns are as effective as possible.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute performancebased marketing campaigns predominantly but not limited to, Bing and Google's ad network, with a keen focus on efficient growth in acquisition of homeowners looking to sell.
  • Take responsibility for the strategic direction and tactical execution of paid media, including; budgets, bidding, ad copy, landing page testing, and audience strategy.
  • Drive performance metrics to meet business goals across all channels including optimisation, campaign, and channel testing activities with the suite of GetAgent products.
  • Analyse and forecast performance and ROAS expectations, communicating them timely and succinctly to stakeholders.
  • Promote a data driven and experimental growth culture, using data to find optimisation opportunities and improve the efficiency of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive approach that delivers the highest possible return on investment.
  • Develop your paid media knowledge further to ensure you're at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with.

What we'll need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Lead or similar role
  • You'll be comfortable working autonomously as much as collaboratively.
  • Indepth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social, with intimate understanding of ad tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with ad copywriting, targeting strategies, and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail, and highly competent in data insights and analysis, using Google sheets, Looker Studio, GA4, and self service on industry standard data analysis platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
