Working for a well-known, high-growth subscription-based business, the Head of Performance Marketing will lead the performance marketing strategy for the UK, managing a team across paid media, SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRM.

The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Leading the marketing strategy across paid media (paid search / PPC, paid social, display), SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRM
  • Leading and motivating a high performing team of marketers
  • Managing agencies for appropriate channels
  • Working cross functionally with other heads of departments
  • Managing an 8-figure marketing budget

The Head of Performance Marketing will have:

  • Strong digital marketing experience across most if, not all channels mentioned
  • Experience managing and motivating a high performing team
  • Strong preference for having come from a subscription based business e.g. TV, entertainment, telco / telecoms, utilities, etc.
  • Great analytical skills and data driven mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Come from roles like Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Customer Acquisition, Online Marketing Director, etc.
