Customer Services Advisor
Trowell Garden Centre has been established since the 1970's as a family business. We are looking for a permanent Customer Service person to join our small friendly Helpdesk and Customer Support team. The current team provides excellent customer service to our Garden Centre and Online Customers. Our online presence has been growing steadily, supplying gardening goods, giftware and Christmas products. Previous experience of Customer Service preferred but not essential as training can be given. Basic I.T. /Computer literate skills are essential. You will be required to work to the high standards we have set to exceed our customer expectations.

Job Purpose

Customer Services Skills/Experience:
