Pensions Data Assistant

The successful candidate will provide support to the Land department to ensure the land, design and planning areas are run in an efficient manner.
- Negotiating lettings and coordinating freehold sales of commercial units and other disposals
- Preparing obligation trackers for legal purchase, sale and s106 agreements, owning and coordinating the fulfilment of obligations
- Reporting to the Land Manager and Senior Development Manager, supporting them with various tasks
- Coordinate and attend community engagement events for proposed developments
- Researching relevant planning policies for a site
- Compiling trackers of S106 financial contributions and non-financial obligations
- Previous experience in land acquisition, planning, or real estate is a plus. - Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.
- Good foundational understanding of build costs, abnormals, planning/build programmes and technical/design challenges and opportunities.
- The successful applicant must have experience in managing their own land and planning projects and should demonstrate a positive and determined work ethic.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and planning processes is desirable.
- Familiarity with GIS software and mapping tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Training will be provided for using COINS, Project Vault, Pro-Map, Land Registry and Right Move.
- Digital Camera, Xerox Copier/Scanner, Binding Machine, Plan Plotter and Laminator.
