Job Summary:

This roleprimarily entails file review responsibilities within the UKdivision of a rapidly expanding international wealth managementcompany. As a member of a small compliance team youll focus onensuring excellent client outcomes through meticulous accurateadvice reviews. You will serve as a crucial partner to the companyidentifying and taking ownership of individual and systemic advicerisks as they arise. The role offers significant potential forgrowth with opportunities to explore various compliance areas basedon individual interests and businessrequirements.

Responsibilities andDuties:

Conduct comprehensive file reviews forretail investment and pension advice prioritizing Defined BenefitTransfer advice files.

Provide clear consistentand constructive feedback toadvisers/paraplanners.

Monitor rework and signoff on cases upon completion.

Drive excellentclient outcomes through precise highquality advicereviews.

Manage diary effectively and prioritizereviews particularly focusing on Presale cases.

Identify common errors and participate in root causeanalysis.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancementof the file review framework.

Potential forinvolvement in Training & Competence (T&C)activities including coaching and assisting the UK ComplianceOfficer with annual competenceassessments.

Qualifications andSkills:

Essential qualification: Level 4Diploma.

Preferred: AF7 or equivalent pensiontransfer qualification. Candidates working towards thisqualification will also be considered.

Background in IFA or network advantageous.

Strong technical acumen and communicationskills.

Essential experience in reviewingDefined Benefit Pension Transfer files.
